The first chest can be opened by anyone, but you'll need to enable a bank PIN and activate the Authenticator to gain access to the second. Having these security measures in place also grants you one additional Daily Treasure Hunter Key for each.

You can also speak to Count Check to play a support-themed version of The Drop which will grant you the title "The Knowledgeable" if you can answer all 12 questions correctly during the week, as well as an entry to win a goody bag. Finally, just having your bank PIN attached to your account enters you into a drawing to win 12 months of membership.
