Season 1: Flashpoint Set To Drop In Spectre Divide Next Week, Console Launch Coming With It
The wait is almost over.
Following a delay of a month or so, Mountaintop Studio is finally ready to release Spectre Divide’s Season 1 update, “Flashpoint”. The shooter’s first season was originally planned for late December or early January, but was delayed in order to address various issues. The devs also elected to use the time to implement some new features, including the planned launch of a console version.
As it turns out, the update is finally ready and will be released this upcoming Tuesday, February 25. It will include several new items, including a new map, battle pass, sponsor kit, “hundreds of improvements” and more. Mountaintop is billing it as “Spectre 2.0”. Here’s hoping players like what they see.
Crossplay between the PS5 and Xbox has been confirmed, by the way.
