Rocksteady Compensates Suicide Squad: Kill The Justice League Early Access Players With $20 Digital Currency
The servers were down for about six hours (plus an hour of maintenance) due to a game-breaking bug.
Tomorrow is the moment you have all been waiting for...Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League officially comes out.
Before the official launch of Rocksteady’s third-person action shooter, the game is currently in Early Access. Unfortunately though, this phase faced an unexpected hiccup during its 72-hour period for Deluxe Edition ($100) owners — as a bug mistakenly granted players full game completion upon launch. The developer responded by taking the servers down for about six hours, coupled with an additional hour of maintenance.
However, to compensate for the inconvenience, Rocksteady offered a gesture of goodwill through an in-game announcement: “We recognize that you’ve been patient with us during our initial launch server updates and we’d like to show our appreciation for your patience with a special gift of 2000 LuthorCoins.”
This digital currency, valued at $20, can be used for in-game purchases — particularly for cosmetic items in the virtual store. So I guess you could say all is well???
