Rocket League Season 3 To Add New NASCAR And Formula 1 Content
Rocket League's third competitive season arrived today kicking off a new Rocket Pass and adding the new Tyranno car as well as new tournament rewards and titles. The update also adds a new Arena, the 'DFH Stadium (Circuit)', complete with a race track. This track is part of the new NASCAR and F1 content -- the rest of which will arrive in May. The new arena is available via online playlists, private matches, and free play.
In addition, Season 3 introduces changes to both 3v3 Standard and 2v2 Doubles modes designed to improve MMR. These include adjusting MMR thresholds to account for the population of ranks above Diamond, increasing the MMR range for Champion I through Grand Champion III, adding extra modes, and more.
