Revelation Online Adding New Monthly Event -- Custom Challenges
Players of Revelation Online may have hit all the current levels available and completed all the current story quests, but if they're thinking there's nothing left to do, they're wrong. Today, My.com and NetEase announced custom challenges, a monthly even that offers players the chance to earn special prizes by completing custom-made challenges. Each month, the developers will create a different challenge for players to take on. These challenges can be anything, dungeons, crafting, exploration...
The first challenge kicks off in just two days on June 1st. Players who complete it will earn a Community Deserted Shrine Quest Box.
This first quest requires players to complete the Deserted Shrine on Expert 1 difficulty 12 times before the end of June using a single character (sidekick runs count). As an added bonus, if players are in a region that manages to complete the Desert Shrine 2,000 times before the month is over the prize for the next challenge will be boosted.
On another note, since the developers are planning on having a different quest available for players every month, they're willing to take custom-challenge ideas from players. Anyone wanting to make suggestions can submit them in the official thread on the Revelation Online forums.
