Reign Of Guilds Kicks Off Playtest #3 Today On Steam
Try out a new first-person indy MMORPG.
Upcoming first-person MMORPG Reign of Guilds is launching its third playtest today. Taking place in a dark and magical middle ages setting, Reign of Guilds features an open world, castle sieges, and a player-driven economy with diplomacy.
During Playtest #3, players will be able to leave the starting area and adventure into the first of the game's many counties. This county is 20 times larger than the starting area players have seen so far and will be available to play from today (April 24th) until May 7th.
Once out of the starter zone, the game features open-world PvP with a karma system enabled. There will be numerous castles for the players to siege as part of a guild.
The small team of developers on this indy MMO also says there will be improvements to server stability, mobs AI, balancing, lighting, weather, and other visual effects.
You can check out Reign of Guilds on the official Steam page. Hit the request access button to sign up for the playtest. When I hit the button I was instantly accepted, so it sounds like there's plenty of room for testing.
