Rakghoul, Gree, And A Feast: SWTOR's Events For October Locked In
More events return as players wait on new content.
A new month starts tomorrow and that means that Broadsword Studios has published the October events list for Star Wars: The Old Republic. The first event planned hits the MMORPG's servers tomorrow and runs for one week, ending on October 7th. Head to Corellia to head off an outbreak of the Rakghoul plague. Don't worry, it can be treated if the symptoms are caught early enough. It seems that some are too far gone, though. Stop the spread and earn armor sets, reputation, mounts, mini-pets, and other rewards. Make sure you're level 25 or over to participate.
The next event fires on October 8th but runs for almost a month, closing on November 5th. The Hutts welcome level 20 and up players to the Feast of Prosperity. If you've never take part in the event previously, you'll get a new story mission each week, but you'll eventually have to choose which Hutt you favor, Gaboorga or Duuba. If you've done the story portion before, you can jump straight to the daily missions and mini-games. Rewards include mounts, armor, and a ton of decorations.
Finally, the Gree return on October 15th. Travel to Ilum and explore the usual Gree starship. This is one of the more common recurring SWTOR events and nothing has really changed this time around. Visit a news terminal to get started.
