Rainbow Six Siege’s First Major Update Of The New Year Has Been Announced
Operation Commanding Force will be revealed on February 18
Ubisoft just announced that Rainbow Six Siege’s Year 8 Season 1: Operation Commanding Force will be revealed on February 18. In this new season, Rainbow Six Siege will have a brand new squad, Viperstrike, led by Hibana. The team will consist of Alibi, Azami, Blitz, Capitao, Dokkaebi, Echo, Jager, Maestro, Mira, Mute, Rook, and Thatcher.

While we don’t know much about what will be introduced in Season 1, the game is said to receive one new operator. Year 8 will also bring with it the long-awaited Reputation system that is currently still being worked out in its beta mode. Players will also see the result of Ranked 2.0 changes in the next season.
