PvPvE Fantasy Game Legacy: Steel & Sorcery Prepares For Its 3rd Alpha Test Later This Month
The game had one of the most played demos during the Steam October Next Fest.
After a successful outing during Steam’s October Next Fest, Notorious Studios is ready to run the third alpha playtest of its third-person action PvPvE RPG Legacy: Steel & Sorcery. The playtest will kick off on November 13 at 2 pm PST and run until 2 pm on November 20.
Details as to what players can expect during the test will be shared on Steam before the test takes place. That said, the devs did list things they learned from player feedback as part of the test announcement, and it’s likely some of those things will be emphasized during the test. Among the feedback players offered was the need for challenges and rewards. They also noted that the developers need to focus more on optimization.
One feature that the devs are looking to showcase is The Lodge. This will be one of the game’s core progression systems and is a place where players can unlock Furnishings that provide bonuses. The upcoming update will feature three new items: the Cooking Pot, Bed, and Fireplace. The Cooking Pot allows players to gather ingredients and use them to create different buffs. The Bed is needed to gain rested experience. Finally, the Fireplace fuels the other furnishings.
