Punnily-Named Dungeons And Dragons Online Update “Balance The Scales” Introduces Den Of Vipers Raid
The update is live and includes a bunch of bug fixes.
Dungeons and Dragons Online players looking for something new to do in the MMORPG are in luck. Today, Standing Stone Games dropped update 72.1, titled “Balance the Scales”. It’s not a massive update, but it does introduce the new Den of Vipers free raid, in which players challenge a Darklord of the Silith-tar domain named Five Fangs. This is a Legendary raid at CR 36 with no prerequisites. It’s important to note that this raid is tied to the Lanters in the Mists event on Cormyr and will conclude that event’s story.
The rest of the update is more or less general housekeeping. The patch notes list quite a few bug fixes that have been implemented. This includes things like making sure the game actually checks to see if players have spoken with the Year of the Dragon NPC before letting them create a Dragon Disciple to fixing all the creature companions that should be alive but look undead.
