Protect Uladh From Divine Beasts In Mabinogi’s Latest Update

The first part of Mabinogi’s two-part update, Chapter 8: Generation 26 – Winds of Fate, dropped today. Bringing new story content to the MMORPG, Chapter 8 sees Etain and Eirawen forming a secret pact to work together and defend Uladh from an influx of divine beasts. This pact doesn’t just have the two working with each other, but also recruiting four mercenaries to help. Each mercenary has their own history and goals, but they also have their own skills, which will come in useful in solving this crisis.

Of course, you can’t really have a new update without some sort of event, so today the Summer Master Plan event kicked off. This runs through September 12. During this time players can participate in weekly training to receive buffs, weapon and gear effects, potions, and more.

A second event – Black Combo Card Special Mission – is also available. During this event, players participate in daily missions to earn Combo Card points and Combo Card fragments used to modify the incomplete Black Combo Card. The card can be customized to use in battle while uncovering the mystery behind Generation 26.

If you’re wondering when the second part of Chapter 8: Generation 26 – Winds of Fate will drop, you have less than a month to wait. The update will arrive on August 8.
