Prepare Yourselves, Marvel Rivals’ Closed Alpha Now Has An Official Date
And it will include a pretty good roster of heroes and villains to play.
If you’ve been waiting to throw on your hero (or villain) gear and fight it out in Marvel Rivals’ closed alpha, you don’t have to wait much longer. NetEase has announced an official date and – provided you get an invite to test the shooter – you can be playing on May 10. If you do get in, you’ll have ten days to test the game, with the closed alpha test ending on May 20.
During the test period, players will have access to 19 Heroes and Villains, including Black Panther, Doctor Strange, Groot, Hella, Hulk, Rocket Raccoon, Scarlet Witch, Spider-Man, and more. The test will also feature three maps. Two of these are in Yggsgard – Yggdrasill Path and Royal Palace. The third is a Tokyo 2099 map, Shin-Shibuya.
This test is intended to help the devs refine the game modes and improve other gameplay. Of course, they would appreciate it if you left feedback. The official announcement can be found on the Marvel Rivals site. You probably will want to check it, since it includes system requirements.
