Post Apocalyptic MMOFPS Survarium details beta plans for 2013
In a game development timeline posted on the official Survarium site, details surrounding the game's plans for 2013 emerged including a fairly extensive breakdown of both the upcoming Alpha and Beta.
It appears as though Alpha testing will begin sometime in Q2 of this year with players being invited to help test some of the early modes made available. Players will be able to expect a working PvP mode, four game maps, two factions, and in-game system of tasks. The main focus of the alpha testing will be on stability with many planned features still missing at this point in development.
Moving along, the timeline details the appearance of individual features all building towards the official beta in Q4 of 2013. It's at this point the developers plan on opening the game to a larger number of players with the beta most likely being open to everyone. The timeline is fairly detailed and I encourage everyone interested in Survarium to check it out as it provides a decent idea of what players can expect to be able to do ingame.
Survarium is being developed by the same team responsible for S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2 up until its cancellation. It's no wonder then that both series share similar themes and features. Survarium is most likely S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2 re-branded and expanded upon as an MMO.
