Phantasy Star Online 2 Reveals Language Options And Promises Closed Beta Players Will Retain Progress
As Phantasy Star Online 2 open beta draws closer, Sega is offering players more information on what they can expect from the game moving forward. Recent announcements on Twitter have noted two bits of good news. First, PSO 2 will feature full English voice acting as well as the option to play the game with the original Japanese voices and English subtitles. This includes Quna concerts, as well. In fact, one such concert is scheduled to take place on February 8th during the closed beta.

The tweet didn't offer any information on other language support. So we'll just have to wait to find out about that.
As for the other bit of good news, if you're currently in closed beta, you don't have to worry about your progress being wiped. All progress will carry over into open beta as well as launch. This news came in response to a player inquiry on Twitter.
Closed Beta Test players will retain their progress for the OBT and launch! 😎💙
