Phantasy Star Online 2: NGS Headline Shares Details On June’s Ultra Evolution Update
Get ready to leave your mark.
Creative types will soon be able to shine in Phantasy Star Online 2: New Genesis. When the June Ultra Evolution update arrives in the MMORPG, it will bring with it the Creative Space, allowing players to create their own unique elements to use in the game. This will be done using existing “Parts” so no one has to start from scratch.
The new feature was discussed in the most recent NGS Headline stream, during which series producer, Yuya Kimura, outlined some of what players can expect. With the tools being implemented, players will be able to create custom courses. But that’s not all, they can also design more social spaces, like stores and campgrounds. This all arrives on June 7, so be ready to flex those creative muscles.
In the meantime, there are still more pressing matters to attend to. Specifically, the second half of the 2nd Anniversary Event. This begins on May 10. During the event, players can exchange Seasonal Points for Duel Quest-Boost Augment Capsules. In addition, the winner of the Rappy Design Contest will appear in the game. Players can also expect special Tasks and Scratch Ticket Rewards.
