Path Of Exile's Incursion League Goes Live Today
The latest update for Path of Exile hits PC servers today. The Incursion League -- which the devs say is the largest to date -- sends players over 1,000 years into the past to explore the Vaal Empire and help locate the lost temple of Atzoatl.
The Temple of Atzoatl is filled with treasures that have gone untouched since it was swallowed by the jungle and left forgotten. But players can return to a time before that, when the temple was first being constructed, eliminate its inhabitants, and eventually lay claim to its riches.
The update includes several new powerful items and gems, as well as a complete revamp of several skills. And -- of course -- it's launching with new Supporter Packs that can be purchased in the game's store.
