Path Of Exile Details Three Special Events Coming In December
When Grinding Gear Games announced the delay of its next content update (and its extended reasoning for doing so), it also said that it would have some additional events in December to tide players over. Those were announced today, comprising two weekly events followed by a three-week shindig to take up the holiday break.
The Mayhem event kicks off on Dec. 4, and it will take modifiers from five previous leagues -- Anarchy, Invasion, Breach, Ambush, Torment -- "turning them up to 11." On Dec. 11, you can partake of the Endless Delve event, which takes place exclusively in the Azurite Mine. And from Dec. 18 to Jan. 4, enjoy the Heist Flashback Event, where each area of Wraeclast has three random mods in effect that change every hour.
You'll need to create a new character for each event, and you'll receive a Twilight Mystery Box for reaching level 50. Other random prizes will be given out at every five levels up to 95, and the top five players receiving the Demigod's Authority sword. Learn more about these special events on the Path of Exile site.
