Palia Gets A Bit More Diverse Today As The Cozy MMO Adds Player-Requested Character Creation Expansion
The update adds more skin tones, face options, and more.
Today, Palia players are getting something they’ve been asking for, more character customization options. Patch 0.172 adds character customization options to Jel’s shop. Players now have eight new skin tones, sixteen new faces, fourteen new eye colors, eleven new hairstyles with 8 color options, nine facial hair options, and three new glasses to choose from. That should go a long way to allowing players to create unique characters in the cozy MMO.
In addition to character customization, the update also introduces ten Starstones: Amethyst, Aquamarine, Citrine, Emerald, Garnet, Jasper, Onyx, Quartz, Ruby, and Sapphire.
As for players’ homes, the developers have increased the amount of items players can place to 3,000. The limit for housing add-ons has been doubled to 30. Players will also be excited to know they can place multiple main houses on a single plot. It can get a bit tricky when dealing with add-ons though. Each house can have a maximum of 15 add-ons, but the previously mentioned limit of 30 still applies to the plot, no matter how players place them.
New furniture sets have been added as well. These are obtained via Rummaging Piles dropped by chapaas. Finally, Palium Nodes in Bahari Bay have been increased and fishing hotspots have received some love as well.
