Paladins MacOS Support Cancelled
We have some sad news for Paladins fans -- those playing on MacOS at any rate. This weekend, Hi-Rez Studios announced that they'll be ceasing support of the MacOS version of the game due to recent changes in the operating system. Since the upgrade to Catalina last October, Apple has ceased support of 32-bit code, causing problems with the game.
As a result, Mac users have one of two options if they want to keep playing. They can either use Boot Camp and install Windows 10 on their machine, or they can use a PC. If neither of those things work, Hi-Rez is offering players refunds for purchases made in-game on Mac systems since July 13.
Unfortunately, not all items will be eligible for refunds. A list of these can be found on the Paladins site, along with other information pertinent to the change.
