Our Favorite Pharmacist Is Finally Being Added To Genshin Impact’s Lineup Of Playable Characters

He’ll be accompanied by Alhaitham’s annoying housemate.

Genshin Impact Baizhu

Two new Dendro characters are on their way to Genshin Impact. If you’re anything like me, you’ve been waiting on one of them ever since we first ran into him in Liyue’s Bubu Pharmacy. We’re talking about the Pharmacy’s propriety, Baizhu – who somehow seems to have a knack for appearing in the shop when something major is going on. We’re not going to blame him for that, though, considering the fact he has his own health problems to deal with. And, at the end of the day, he takes care of everyone he can – as well as one little zombie girl.

The other character being added hails from Sumeru, and we met him much more recently. Or, if you’re still working on the Sumeru storyline, you may not have met him at all. Kaveh, is a renowned Sumeru architect known for designing the Palace of Alcazarzaray. He graduated from the Sumeru Akademiya with honors and is rather famous, but that fame hasn’t stopped him from going into debt. This debt forced him to move in with the Akademiya Scribe, Alhaitham. The two do not get along.
