Old School RuneScape Returns To Varlamore So Go Climb The Hailstorm Mountains
Varlamore: The Rising Darkness takes players deeper into the northern lands.
Today, Jagex released Old School RuneScape’s Varlamore: The Rising Darkness. The new update takes players into the expanded northern lands of Varlamore, where they will climb to the top of the Hailstorm Mountains and engage in combat against the draconic serpent Hueycoatl, along with the help of allies from the Dwarven Party.
The new boss encounter offers players a selection of new rewards, including the Tome of Earth and the first dragonbane weapon with magic – the Dragon Hunter Wand.
In addition to the boss encounter, players will also visit the island of Aldarin where they will take part in the Herblore Activity. Players will grow herbs and stock up on them, learning the basic alchemical elements and receiving the benefits.
The update also adds a new agility course built around a Colossal Wyrm that must be saved from a termite infestation to the MMORPG.
