UPDATED: New World’s First Season, Fellowship And Fire, Delayed Once Again
The ending time for the Leaderboards was also extended.
Another day, another delay for New World’s very first season.
Fellowship & Fire was supposed to launch last week, but Amazon Games pushed the update back due to technical difficulties. Aside from that, the developers also announced an extension to the Leaderboard's end time so it coincides with the release of the new season in the MMORPG.
First, it was March 30, then March 31, next, April 2, and now finally, April 4. (Unless the team behind New World decides Fire & Fellowship is still not ready.)
The community is not happy, of course. Aside from naturally itching for more content, there’s been somewhat of a drought for New World in that department. Also, Amazon Games has not really said what the problem is specifically that’s causing these delays.
UPDATE: Tomorrow's release seems to be confirmed for the moment.
