New ‘Unannounced’ IP In The Works By Dead By Daylight Developers
It's probably safe to say that the game will be multiplayer.
Dead by Daylight's horror experience is pretty unique and spawned a lot of imitators, and it looks like the studio behind it, Behavior Interactive, may be working on another unannounced IP if the studio's sudden flood of job postings has anything to say on the matter.
The studio's site has job listings for an Online System Programmer, a Console System Programmer, as well as a System Designer, all for an apparent 'unannounced' project. It is too early to tell what kind of game is being worked on, but with a bit of sleuthing on the job postings, a few things can be speculated upon.
The most important thing is that the game will most likely be multiplayer as the role of the Online System Programmer had a section where said programmer would need to be able to create “inventory, achievements, and scoreboards” as well as “Ensure robustness of the solution to be live and online all the time” which are very good indicators of multiplayer.
Those who have dreamed of working for Behavior Interactive might just have their window of opportunity with the sudden burst of job possibilities.
