New Tarisland Video Shows How Award-Winning Composer Russell Brower Sets The Mood
Brower explains his approach in a short behind-the-scenes video.
While players wait for the launch of Tarisland, Level Infinite is taking some advantage of that wait by sharing details about the MMORPG with players. Today, the developer shared a short behind-the-scenes video highlighting their partnership with composer Russell Brower and his process of creating the game’s soundtrack. Brower, an Emmy-winning and BAFTA-nominated composer, explains his thought process behind the music for different zones and how he uses it to make the world feel more alive.
The video explains how Brower came to be working with the Tarisland team, his approach to composing, and other insights. For instance, he explains his choice to use a small, mostly female choir for one zone. It also shows some of the recording work in process.
