New Nine-Tailed Fox God Joins The Ranks Of SMITE's Chinese Pantheon
The newest SMITE update introduces an all new god to the Chinese Pantheon. Da Ji -- a devious trickster god, responsible for the downfall of an emperor -- joins the Battleground of the Gods as a damage over time assassin. She's quick and deadly, featuring abilities that allow her zip in and land attacks with a lasting effect before zipping away.
Her passive "Torture Blades" results in Bleed Damage that causes the enemy to take damage every second for two seconds. The ability is stackable in a way that's only limited by the amount of times Da Ji can strike. Her Horrible Burns ability also does damage over time, resulting in both instant bonus damage and additional damage every second for 3 seconds.
Other abilities allow her to quickly move toward and away from enemies, allowing her to strike quickly and get out before they can retaliate.
A full rundown of Da Ji's abilities, as well as the latest set of game changes, can be found in the patch notes on the SMITE site.
