Hazard Ops Trailer offers Gameplay, Guns and Inferno Pharaoh

Infernum's latest trailer for their upcoming third-person shooter Hazard Ops has all the enemy types you've ever wanted (or didn't) fighting to take what's yours...your life! Ok so maybe their actually fighting for world peace, who knows, perhaps someone will ask the Inferno Pharaoh from hell who may or may not also be a zombie, I'm sure he has all the answers.

As we can clearly see from the trailer, Hazard Ops is all about "kicking ass" preferably by using as many explosives and RPGs as possible. Sure, there's bullets in there as well, but in the Hazard Ops Universe explosions definitely seem like everyone's first go to solution. I suppose it makes sense, as Hazard Ops has a host of zombies, robots, monsters, mutants, mutants monsters, mutant zombie robot monsters and everything in between.

If all of this seems vaguely familiar, it's because Hazard Ops happens to be the European release name for Zombies Monsters and Robots, which itself is a western port of Mercenary Ops 2. The game was developed by YingPei games who happened to lend a helping hand in developing Gears of War. From what we've seen YingPei is incorporating much of what they've learned from GoW into Hazard Ops including similar cover mechanics, timed reloads, and dodge-rolling.

Hazard Ops is scheduled to begin its Open Beta in the EU under Infernum sometime this May. For more information check out the official site here.
