New Costumes Are Out There And Bless Unleashed's Upcoming Costume Fusion Can Unlock Them
Got costume cards or ingredient costume cards to spare? You may want to save some of them.
It's been a long time coming for Bless Unleashed players. The Awakened update was originally slated to arrive earlier this year but had to be delayed for literally months. That wait is just about over as the update will go live this week on October 14th.
In addition to new content, the unlinking of skills and blessings, and tweaks galore, the Bless Unleashed team dropped a blog taking a peek at costume fusion, yet another feature set to be part of the update.
Costume fusion, much like item fusion already in the game, allows players to customize costumes even more and even adds in the chance to unlock totally new costumes for those of you looking for a truly unique look in the free-to-play MMORPG.
Costume cards can be fused together and, when successful, new versions of the costume card are created. If the fusion fails, you'll still have your original costume card, but you may lose ingredient cards.
When fusing, you may also trigger chances at totally new cards. For example, trying to fuse a Legendary costume into its Mythic counterpart? If successful, you may find yourself with the upgraded costume AND a totally new card for a unique costume.
If you've been using fusion for items already, you're probably already familiar with the process, but there are some limitations for costumes that you may want to check out in the full blog post.
