Neverwinter's 12th Expansion, Tomb of Annihilation, Pits Players Against Dinosaurs
Dungeons & Dragons ... & Dinosaurs?
That's what will be awaiting adventurers in Neverwinter's Tomb of Annihilation, the 12th expansion for Perfect World Entertainment's free-to-play MMO. Players will travel to the far-off land of Chult and explore a jungle where danger, death, dinosaurs, and other things that start with the letter "d" await.
Tomb of Annihilation adds a new campaign, end-game dungeon, monster hunts with the legendary Volo, adventures with friends new and old, and more. PWE plans more reveals via its website in the coming weeks.
For now, you can tune into the ominously named "Stream of Annihilation" running on the D&D Twitch channel from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. today and tomorrow, June 3, which will reveal more lore behind the expansion as well as other D&D activities, featuring celebrities and the D&D design team.
Tomb of Annihilation releases for Neverwinter on PC June 25.
