Neverwinter’s Spelljammer Update Takes Players Far Away From Faerun

On November 7, Neverwinter players will be taking their fight into the stars. As Neverember finds itself under attack from Astral Elves of the Xaryxian Empire, they receive assistance from an unlikely source – a spelljammer ship by the name of Moondancer. This ship will take players to a new and unique zone in the MMORPG known as Wildspace. This zone consists of Landing Sites, each with its own story quests, and inhabitants. None of these sites are on Toril/Farun.

In addition to the new zone and story, the update adds a new trial in which players will need to defend the Moondancer from a Xaryxian ambush. The trial features three difficulties: Normal, Advanced, and Master. Each has its own rewards. Of course, the best rewards are locked behind the Master difficulty.

The update also adds new quality-of-life adjustments, such as updates to the Boon system, the Trial Interface, the Paladin class, and the Barbarian tank paragon, the Sentinel.
