Neverwinter The Cloaked Ascendancy Update Coming February 21
The next update to Perfect World Entertainment's fantasy MMO Neverwinter will take players back to the game's titular city. Announced today, The Cloaked Ascendancy, continues the story of the Spellplague as mages ripped from the Cloak Tower by a spellstorm return to take the throne. Things will pick up after the events of Storm King's Thunder. Players will return Neverwinter to find the mages on the offensive.
The expansion will arrive on PC in a little under a month on February 21, and will add several new features including a campaign, a new adventure zone, a new skirmish, and more. Xbox One and PlayStation 4 players will have to wait a bit longer. More information on the update is available on the Neverwinter site.
