Mankind has always feared what it doesn't understand…like mutated cars!
Rocket League is collaborating with X-Men ‘97 for an event that runs from April 23 to May 7. Players can snag X-Men-themed customization options like Decals, Boosts, and Wheels. There’s also 12 X-Men Challenges to unlock various rewards, including Toppers like the Blackbird, Cerebro, and Sentinel Head, as well as Player Banners representing different allegiances within the superhero universe.
Completing challenges in the sports game also nabs items like the Gambit Decal and Jubilee’s Pyrotechnic Energy Boost. By achieving more challenging tasks, such as playing 20 online matches, players can earn Golden X-Crates containing items from different series.
In the shop, players will see items inspired by characters like Cyclops, Wolverine, Storm, and Magneto. There’s Decals replicating iconic costumes and Boosts emulating superpowers like optic blasts and pyrokinesis. Check out the X-Men Mega Bundle and the Mutant Brotherhood Wheels, too.
