MultiVersus Will Welcome Arcade Mode And Black Adam To The Game, But Not On The Original Schedule
Arcade Mode will be a nice break from the competitive online game.
A new update was headed to all MultiVersus platforms this week bringing with it a new Arcade Mode for single-player and co-op fun, as well as the DC Comics’ anti-hero Black Adam. (Is that who T-Swift has been singing about? Probably not…), however the release has been delayed.
The team announced today on Twitter that "The Gods have spoken and Black Adam is not quite ready to change the hierarchy of #MultiVersus. Stay tuned and thank you for your patience, Mortals."
While Black Adam is sure to bring some new heat to the game, the new update will also bring the fun of Arcade Mode to MultiVersus. Not many details about this new mode have been shared yet, but we do know that this new mode will feature multiple difficulty settings and will support one or two players.
Considering the premise of MultiVersus, players can expect some type of battle against AI opponents, most likely similar to Smash Bros where you can designate an opponent's difficulty settings before you jump into battle. It seems to be a great way to allow new players to practice a multitude of different characters. Of course, this arcade mode will have to be different enough from the game's already integrated Training Mode.
