The Mighty Quest for Epic Loot Officially Launches on PC
Truth be told, I thought this game launched already. I've been in alpha and beta tests for The Mighty Quest for Epic Loot for so long, I just assumed the game was already out. Not so, as Ubisoft has announced that the PC version of the free-to-play defense/dungeon crawl loot fest is now available to everyone.
Since my last playthrough, a lot of changes have been made and Ubisoft credits most of those changes to direct feedback from the community during beta testing. Crafting, new traps, rare creatures, and clans are all active in the game now. I'm not so keen on the "Turbo" mode introduced last November that speeds up the action a bit, but maybe it just takes a bit of "reprogramming" on my part to change how I used certain abilities and when.
You can visit the site to get started now, and take a look at the newly on sale "Infinite pack" for a nice collection of goodies and extras (including heroes) if you're a fan of the game.

No, it’s not because I have a problem with the anime.

It seems he’s been busy since leaving the Path of Exile studio in 2023.

This is a gut punch to the entire genre.
