MechWarrior Online’s August 2022 Patch Brings Quirk Adjustments And More

This month’s MechWarrior Online’s patch is bringing the new Platinum Collection 06’ Mechs along with the Warhammer, Marauder, Rifleman, Archer, Warhammer IIC, Marauder IIC, Rifleman IIC, and Mad Dog. In addition, and as always, this patch is also brining with it quirk adjustments, gameplay tweaks, and important bug fixes.

This patch will include Quirk adjustments for the following ‘Mechs:

• Commando

• Cougar

• Phoenix Hawk

• Hunchback

• Dervish</p

• Champion

• Nova Cat

• Archer

• Warhammer IIC

• Nightstar

• Marauder ll

• Direwolf

The inner sphere LRMs now fire in a single salvo regardless of the launcher tube count (e.g., HBK-4J,As7 when firing LRM15-20). Also, the clan NARC missile projectile now properly uses a missile model, similar to IS NARC.

For this particular patch, the patch files will also have a direct download. This will allow players to download the patch file(s) elsewhere, for manual injection into the MWO patcher through a Patch Cache folder.
