MARVEL SNAP Unleashes Alliances, Think Of Them As Guilds With New Group Challenges And Rewards
Bounties, future Alliance Competitions, and more launched in the new feature.
If you're an avid MARVEL SNAP player and you're looking for some like-minded card slingers, the new Alliance feature added to the card game today is for you. Whether you're looking for a group of players who like the same heroes as you, or you're looking for a group to swap tactics and builds with, Alliances will let you do that.
It's not just "chat" though, Alliances are more like guilds in MMORPGs. Each Alliance can have up to 30 members divided across the ranks of Leaders, Officers, and Members. While they obviously let you stay connected to your friends, the feature also introduces more challenges and rewards for those that want to tackle things with their Alliance. These challenges, called "Bounties", are different from your typical weekly missions. Each week you can choose 3 bounties to take on and if a new one pops up that you'd rather do, you can swap up to 3 bounties per week.
Points earned by completing bounties earn you individual rewards, but they also contribute to Alliance totals and rewards. You will even be able to see where you rank each week in your Alliance points contribution for a little friendly competition. Totals reset weekly.
This is just the beginning of Second Dinner's plans for the new feature. Sometime soon, Alliances will get the ability to enter into Alliance Competitions and take on other Alliances.
Get in there and make your Alliance now and get your name and emblem created.
