MARVEL SNAP Season 5 Introduces New Arena, Character, Mechanic, And More
You wouldn't like Skaar's pops when he's angry.
Welcome to Sakarr, and welcome, Skarr.
MARVEL SNAP has added a new cosmic arena, and a new character — the son of the Hulk — in this next season. Skaar's unique ability reduces his cost for each of the player's cards that has 10 or more Power. Additionally, the Season Pass introduces Skaar's mother, Caiera, into the Spotlight Cache for the first time.
Season 5 of the card battle game unveils a series of new cards with distinct abilities, too. There’s a unique mechanic where the first time another card moves to a specific location each turn, it gets moved elsewhere. Characters like Hercules, Miek, and Beta Ray Bill are joining in the subsequent weeks. Spotlight Caches can unlock Series 4 and Series 5 cards, Spotlight Variants, and more.
Another addition is the The Great Portal location, which allows players to add a random card with 10 or more Power to their hand. Moreover, there’s 40 new art variants — including a shop takeover featuring Pandart Studio variants. Twitch Drops are now live too for a chance to earn Boosters, Credits, and a Premium Mystery Variant.
