Marvel Snap's New Season Adds The Sam Wilson Captain America To The Lineup
Falcon, Redwing, and others are now available as well.
As Marvel Snap players probably expected – what with the new movie and all – Sam Wilson Captain America has been added to the card game. Of course, he’s not alone, some strong opponents have joined him as well – specifically Thaddeus Thunderbolt Ross and Diamondback. The new season also adds Redwing, Iron Patriot, and Joaquin Torres Falcon cards to the lineup. Each of the cards will roll out throughout the month. Dates for each are listed in the update announcement.
When playing with Sam Wilson in the deck, Cap’s shield will be added to a random location at game start. This shield can be moved, but not destroyed. Once it’s moved to Captain America’s location, it will give him +2 power.
Also included in today's update are two new locations: the Smithsonian Museum and Madripor. The museum gives cards a +1 Power for each Ongoing. Madripoor adds +2 power to the highest-cost cards after each turn. Of course, the update also adds new albums, spotlight caches, and more.
