MapleStory Gets BTS Items And New Update With Fifth Job Class
Nexon's collaboration with international singing sensation BTS is now live in MapleStory and MapleStory M, letting you dress your Mapler in an array of attire mimicking the K-pop superstars. On the content side, today also brings the Awake: Flicker of Light update to MapleStory, which helps to prep characters for the next theme dungeon, Sellas, Where the Stars Rest, which will be available on Jan. 6. This update has the Awake Burning event to get Tera Burning up to level 200 and teach them their 5th Job Skills. If you've got six level 101+ Maplers, you can hit the Legion Arena for a new mini-game that can net you daily victory rewards as well as additional rewards for 20, 50, and 100 victories.
There's also a Reboot World revamp, which lets players to create their own Zero character and explore the Mirror World alongside Alpha and Beta. Non-Reboot characters can partake of the Star Force Enhancement Event and try to hold on to the Sealed Star Energy for a full hour. Doing so nets them a Liberated Star Energy buff for a 30%discount to Star Force Enhancement cost for a limited time.
