MapleStory 2's Skybound Expansion Adds Hybrid Magic-Using Class And Easier Raids
There's a new hero on the way to MapleStory 2. The soul binder is the game's newest class, a magic-using hybrid healer and damage dealer with "devastating potential deep inside." She, along with several other new features, make their way into Nexon's new MMORPG with today's Skybound update.
The epic story continues aboard the flying warship Sky Fortress, and you can test your strength in the Maple Arena, a 1v1 PvP battleground. If you're having trouble with Hard Chaos Raids, you can try your hand at slightly easier Normal Chaos Raids, while Hard Adventure Dungeons have received some changes to make them a little less onerous.
Log in during the first 30 days of the expansion's release to take part in the Skybound Celebration, which grants you 30 Elixirs, 30 Master Potions, and a Level Up Booster Ticket if you've reached level 10. Level 60 Maplers receive more goodies, including a potion that lets you instantly advance your next character to level 50. Hey, the game's only been out a little more than a month, let's get you skipping that content already!
