MapleStory 2 Has Already Been Downloaded 1 Million Times
The sequel to Nexon's long-time MMO MapleStory is proving to be just as -- if not more -- popular as the original. In just a week since MapleStory 2's launch on October 10, the game has already been downloaded more than 1 million times.
To celebrate the game's current popularity, Nexon is hosting a "Million Players Celebration" including a week long Double Dungeon Drop event that will reward players with two loot rolls whenever they complete a dungeon. Those who have reached the level cap will receive a free Style Crate and 500 Red Merets for logging in over the weekend.
Full details on the event are available on the MapleStory 2 site.
Speaking of events, while you're perusing the game's site, be sure to check out the information on the game's first Halloween event, complete with costumes, quests, and store items.
