MakerKing Is Like Mario Maker For Free
If you're one of those folks who enjoys building your own game levels and sharing them with friends, you might want to give Green Frisbee Games' MakerKing a look. The game launched in Early Access on Steam this week and offers players a pretty robust system for building out platformer game levels with all kinds of neat features -- like portals and saws.
Among the many things included in the game are over 65 different objects that interact with each other, a racing mode (available in every level), and even a mob maker so you can create your own creatures. The game also boasts controller support and leaderboards with a global ranking system.
MakerKing is free-to-play and monetized via cosmetics. So it seems likely that players will be able to add to their library of objects as time goes on.
