Magical Battle Royale Spellbreak Will Be Free-to-Play At Launch
Proletariat's magical battle royale title Spellbreak will be free-to-play at launch, the developer revealed today. Spellbreak takes place in the Hollow Lands, where players seek to eliminate their rivals and claim top honors. Spells can be combined for spectacular effects or utilized to counter opposing spells, and you'll need to master many disciplines to come out on top and become the ultimate battlemage!
Spellbreak has been in development for two years and is currently in closed beta. Proletariat plans to launch the game later this year for PC via the Epic Games Store and PlayStation 4, with full cross-play and a Nintendo Switch launch further down the road. Multiple Founder's Packs are available for both platforms via the game's website, if you want to get a head start on some cosmetic gear.
