LotRO's First Expansion, Mines Of Moria, Coming To Legendary Server In March
Players on The Lord of the Rings Online's Legendary server will soon be partying like it's 2008. That was when the game's first expansion, Mines of Moria, launched, and it will be added to the Anor server next month.
Mines of Moria will bring an increased level cap of 60, 12 new areas, and over 450 quests, a bunch of new instances -- and oh yeah, there's a Balrog. Or rather, what's left of him. It's pretty much the same as the Moria expansion that launched over 10 years ago, and the bullet points line up with that.
Maybe they match up a little too well. The list of bullet-point features includes "Two new classes, the Warden who excels at powerful attack combos and healing, and the Rune Keeper that wields elemental destruction against foes." Meanwhile, the FAQ for the Legendary server indicated that you could play as the warden and rune-keeper right from the start. Copy-pasta strikes again, it would seem.
