Lost Ark’s Second Anniversary Is ‘2 Extreme’, And No, We Didn't Name It That
That’s the name of the update that the anniversary events arrive in.
Lost Ark is celebrating its second anniversary next month with the drop of the ‘2 Extreme’ update on February 7. The MMORPG's update introduces the Valtan Extreme raid. This raid has two versions: Normal and Hard, with the first requiring an Item Level of 1580 and the latter 1620. Both offer first-time-clear rewards upon clearing two Gates in addition to rewards for re-clearing.
In addition to the new raid, the new update also kicks off the in-game celebration of Lost Ark’s second anniversary with the Arkesia Festival. Each week, the festival will offer players a new co-op quest. Completing this quest will earn players tokens that they can trade for rewards.
Players can also celebrate the milestone with the new Birthday Bash Event. This event is a wander down memory lane that will offer players a chance to earn rewards by re-living some of their past experiences. There will be more details on these events in the upcoming patch notes.
