Lost Ark's March “Break Through to Thaemine” Update Is Today, Featuring The Breaker Advanced Class
We also get the Light of Destiny Story Update, Arkesia Tour, and Descend into Darkness event.
Lost Ark's March update is today, baby.
The main attraction of the “Break Through to Thaemine” Update is the introduction of the Breaker Advanced Class, a male version of the Scrapper — known for dealing massive damage using Heavy Gauntlets, mobility, and combos. To assist players in mastering the MMORPG's new martial artist's arsenal, Amazon Games has collaborated with Breaker expert and Lost Ark Creator Program member Saintone to provide them with a comprehensive breakdown in a Lost Ark Academy blog post.
There’s also the Light of Destiny Story Update, bringing players closer to uncovering the location of the Lost Ark. This time, crucial details will be revealed — potentially answering significant questions in the journey to find the Lost Ark after Voldis. There’s also a new location, Praeteria, which marks the end of Story Chapter 1.
The March update introduces the Arkesia Tour, a horizontal catch-up mechanic featuring four tiers of missions designed to aid players in catching up on various aspects of the game — such as islands, adventure time, and skill points. This event aims to help new and returning players in enjoying the endgame content and assists current players by filling any gaps in their collection of horizontal content rewards.
In this patch, we also see the renaming of the Road to Thaemine event to Descend into Darkness, preparing players for the arrival of the Darkness Legion Commander in April. The event offers rewards tailored to help players progress swiftly from 1580 to 1600 Item Levels, with additional support as they approach Thaemine at Item Level 1610, along with special missions for earning Raid & Abyssal Dungeon materials.
