Lost Ark’s Ladon Will Be Getting Her Original Identity As Echidna Back
And we have more details on the upcoming region merges.
Following community feedback, and a little bit of research, the Lost Ark team has decided to give Ladon her old name back. Originally named Echidna, the enemy in the Kazeros Raid had her name switched to Ladon as a result of the team not knowing everything about them yet. however, things have changed, so when the Kazeros Raid drops in June, she’ll be Echidna again. The announcement does say that certain items won’t reflect that change, but it’s out-of-game stuff, like roadmaps and videos.
On an additional note, Lost Ark is preparing for the first of several server mergers coming to the MMORPG. On June 5, the South American server will join with North America East. North America West isn’t included in this because they’re still trying to make sure they don’t mess up the latency.
Before the merge happens, a Region Merge Policy detailing what players on both servers need to do for a smooth transition will be published. Look for that sometime next week.
