League Of Legends Devs Discuss Player Reactions To All The Changes That Came With Season 1

If you missed it over the weekend, Riot dropped a dev blog and video discussing player reactions to Season 1 and some of the changes they have made to the League of Legends. The post offers in-depth information on player feelings about Feats of Strength and changes the devs made to the game to reduce early game snowballing. It addresses player opinions on the boots and the fact that they have adjusted them so that now the first team to get three champion kills will be the ones to win them. Also addressed in the post are adjustments to the Ruinous Atakhan spawn rate and changes to map art.
As for the video, time is spent on the dev team’s decision to remove Hextech Chests from the MOBA as well as changes to the battle pass. They also addressed Season One gameplay changes and what players can expect for Arena’s return. The full video can be viewed below.
