Launch Date Announced For Mech Team Combat Game War Robots: Frontiers
The game is a new step for the War Robots franchise.
On March 4, MY.GAMES will release its competitive mech team shooter, War Robots: Frontiers on PC and console. The game will be available on PlayStation 4 and 5 and Xbox One and Series X|S as well as via Steam and the game’s official site.
Built using Unreal Engine 5, the game is designed to offer players as authentic an experience as it can without players actually being in the mechs. With this in mind, the machines have weight and artillery recoils. Players can customize their mechs, even doing so from the ground up. This means choosing all the individual parts and, once the mech is built, personalizing them.
To get players into the game easily, new players can start out with prebuilt mechs. Players shouldn’t have to worry about waiting too long in queue to play either as the game does have cross-platform play across a variety of game modes.
