The Latest Paladins Champion Is a Bounty Hunter With A Taste For The Finer Things
She'll shoot you down with only the best guns.
A new Champion is dropping in Paladins when the next update arrives in September. A bounty hunter with champagne tastes, Saati (or The Trickshot), is a new damage champion armed with a semi-automatic pistol and the ability to make the shots you see in spaghetti westerns. This includes things like flipping a coin into the air and then ricocheting bullets off it to deal damage to nearby enemies. And once the coin has been shot to death (4 shots) it’ll deal a bit more damage by exploding and throwing shrapnel at everyone.
Saati can also execute a backflip that sets nearby enemies on fire or she’ll deploy a cardboard duplicate on the field while going invisible for a short bit. Don’t ignore the cutout though, it can shoot, too. And if all that’s not enough, Saati can also supercharge her weapon so that it fires three bullets at once.
In addition to the new Champion, the upcoming update also introduces the Nightfall event pass – just in time for Halloween. The pass includes vampire and demon themed skins, avatars, and sprays as well as other creepy or festive items – including a witchy death card.
The update also includes eight new trials that will be rolled out between September 15th and November 3rd, a whole host of unlocks, and more.
