Kakao Games’ MOBA-Battle Royale Mashup Eternal Return Enters Its 5th Season
Season 5: Ghostly Presence adds new content including a brand-new character, Laura.
Today, developer Nimble Neuron and publisher Kakao Games dropped a new content update for their MOBA-Battle Royale game Eternal Return. Included in today’s update are spooky new Spirit Hunter Skins, new active items and related abilities, an all-new character, a new ranked 4v4 mode, and the kick-off of the game’s fifth competitive season, Ghostly Presence.
The new mode will be fast-paced and streamlined, placing players into a more compact and deadlier arena. It’s designed with esports in mind. The goal is still the same: Dominate the other team and claim the territory. The big difference is that this particular mode is designed with viewers in mind.
The other big addition in this update is Laura, the new Phantom Thief character. She can be purchased for 1,075 NP or 9,900 A-Coin. Of course, she fits the spooky theme of the new season – as do the new Spirit Hunters skins for Hyelin, Chiara, and Isol.
Speaking of the new season, a Season 5 pack is available to players for a 70% discount through March 2nd. The pass includes six characters, eleven skins, and more.
